He believes that he is one of the most elegable men, and every female wants him. It has a lot to do with his ego from having his fans yell after him constantly. But Pink Floyd ( or pink fluid as he calls them) he likes very much.  Personal history Gavin was raised in a dark wizarding family and never felt like he fit in with the rest of them. He was always kinder and more generous then others in his family and learned that music was his escape from the parties and things that his parents would do that disturbed him so much. But don’t let that all fool you. Gavin learned more about dark arts then most people learn in their entire life and if you mess with his friends then he will take you out without even thinking. He was in Slytherin at Hogwarts. His entire family, including him was surprised by. But as his years progressed there he found out why he was placed there. He was after all a James and very cunning. He found that he could get any girl he wanted and found it an easy task. A smooth talking, nice slytherin, that was very good looking wasn't a good thing for Hogwarts. It also wasn't a good thing for his ego either. During his first year at Hogwarts his parents were arrested and sent to Azkaban for their partaking with evil events with muggle torture. It was a very disturbing thing for him to go through at school. The picture of his parents being arrested and sentenced to Azkaban on the front page of the Daily Prophet made for rough times for Gavin. It was then that he found the easiest way to cope with things was to run from his problems; and drugs. Gavin started abusing drugs and alcohol around this time as well. His music taste changed and be became more dark and mysterious, but still the romancer. He also turned to collecting any and every thing having to do with muggles. They intrigued him. Muggle toys were his favorite things. After graduation he didn't have anything in store for himself other than to peruse women and music; his two loves. He met up with Andy Derrick and became good friends and it was the two of them that started Merlin's Curse. The life of a Rock Star wasn't easy at first but Gavin had a fortune all to himself and was willing to blow it all on getting the band started; but he didn't have to. Andy, who didn't have as much faith as Gavin that the band would take off, went to Voldemort and became a death eater, to get the band to the highest, most renowned band in the wizarding world. They were considered next to The Weird Sisters. The bands had many hits and were a huge success and traveled the world making more money then they could ever dream of. None of the band knew about Andy being a death eater until a few years later. Gavin was upset by the news but the fact that Andy was a death eater wasn't anything to him. His entire family was death eaters after all. Things between the band continued to flourish and they all grew tighter as friends. The parties, the drugs, the women, or men for Zoey, were oozing at their finger tips. Although Zoey didn't bed men like the boys bedded women. Andy and Gavin were great friends. They used to go into k-holes and comfort each other when things got a little sticky. But the point is that Gavin knew all about Andy and his family and had heard of Andy's brother that had died years ago in Azkaban, and when Andy told Gavin of the news that he had a risen from the dead. Gavin knew that this couldn't be good. He never gave Julian Derrick any trust or faith what so ever. Julian was at one time Voldemort’s most loyal and trusted, and to some degree advisor. Gavin was worried for all of his friends and the band. Only a month later did that fear turn into a reality. Gavin met with Julian at the leaky cauldron where things between the two didn’t go very well. Gavin on one of his many drugs mouthed off to Julian. Julian at the time knew that he would have his day to show Gavin his true side. A mere few days later, Andy and Gavin went to the Derrick manor for dinner with Andy’s parents. They were both worried about Julian but went anyways. During dinner, Micah, one of Julian’s close friends, showed up to help Julian murder his parents. Andy and Gavin were made to watch, thinking that they would be next. Julian took Andy off into another room and Gavin was sure that Andy was dead. Micah took Gavin down to the basement and locked him in a dark room with only a candle. Micah visited every other day throwing rats at him. After a week had passed, Micah bewitched a body to take the form of Andy, that had been mutilated. Gavin was forced to watch his friend decay before his eyes. Three days passed when Andy arrived to see if he could find Gavin. When he entered the basement, Gavin was pale and thin from the withdrawals and lack of food. Gavin was sure that he had died and the Ghost of Andy had come to take him off to the his afterlife. To this day, Gavin hates Julian and only tolerates him out of fear. He never wants to go through that again. Julian keeps his distance from Gavin and Gavin does the same. As for Micah, Gavin hopes that he never has to meet with him again. Zoey Eden is the love of Gavin’s life. He has known her for many years and yet never made a move on her. Sure he flirted and made sure to keep her close but he would never do anything about his true feelings for her. He was always afraid that he would mess things up between them and he loved her enough to let her go. Or that is until Daniel died. When their guitarist passed away Gavin started thinking about things that Dan never got to do and then he realized that what if he never told Zoey how he truly felt.
